The Arccaptain CUT55 Pro is a no-touch pilot arc plasma cutter that slices cleanly through steel, stainless, aluminum, copper, and other conductive metals. The pilot arc starts the cut without touching the workpiece, which means cleaner cuts, less consumable wear, and the ability to cut through rusted, painted, or expanded metal with ease.
Dual voltage (120V and 240V) gives you flexibility from the garage to the job site. On 240V, the CUT55 Pro delivers a clean cut up to 1/2 inch (12 mm) and a maximum severance cut up to 3/4 inch (20 mm). Bluetooth app connectivity, 2T/4T control, an air-pressure sensor with regulator, and intelligent post-flow round out a smart, easy-to-use package.
At just 11.5 lb, it is genuinely portable, and it runs on standard compressed air with no special gas required. The kit includes the torch, consumables, air hose, ground clamp, and accessories.
