  • When will my order ship?

    The shipping time depends on the status of the item you ordered. Some products are In Stock & Ready to Ship, while others may be available as an Exclusive Pre-Order or have an estimated ETA listed. If an item isn’t expected to ship within 2–5 business days, you’ll see the estimated shipping date right on the product page. You’ll also find your order’s expected shipping timeframe in the confirmation email we send after your purchase.

    How long does delivery take?

    Once your order ships, standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location

    Which carriers do you use?

    We work with trusted shipping partners like USPS, UPS, and FedEx to make sure your order arrives quickly and safely.

    How much does shipping cost?

    Orders over $49 ship free within the lower 48 states. For orders under $49, a small shipping fee will apply at checkout. Shipping fees for Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may vary.

    Can I track my order?

    Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package all the way to your doorstep.

    Do you ship internationally?

    At this time, we ship within the United States only.

    When will I be charged for my order?

    Payment is processed at the time of checkout. For pre-orders, your card will be charged immediately to reserve your item.

    Can I make changes to my order after it’s placed?

    If you need to update or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may are unable to make adjustments.

    Can I cancel my order?

    Orders can be canceled if they haven’t already been processed for shipping. Reach out to our customer support team quickly, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

    Do you charge sales tax?

    Sales tax is only charged on orders shipping to Colorado. Orders outside of Colorado will not be charged sales tax.

    Is my payment information secure?

    Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption and secure checkout technology to keep your information safe. Your payment details are never stored on our site.

    How do I place an order?

    To start, find the product you’d like to order and select the desired quantity using the dropdown box. Then, click the “Add to Cart” button to place it in your shopping cart.

    You can view your cart anytime by clicking on the “My Cart” icon in the upper right corner of the site. When you’re ready to purchase, double-check your items and click “Checkout.”

    From there, simply enter your shipping, billing, and payment details, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your order. Once everything is finalized, we’ll send you a confirmation email with all of your order information.

    Will you send an order confirmation via e-mail?

    After you place an order, a confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided at checkout. We suggest keeping a copy of this email for your records by saving or printing it. To make sure you receive your confirmation, please double-check that your email address is entered correctly when placing your order.

    How can I check my order status?

    If you’d like an update on your order status, simply email our customer service team at sales@craftingsource.com and include your order number. A team member will be happy to provide you with the latest information.

    Do You Price Match?

    When you shop with us, you can feel confident knowing you’re getting the best possible price on your order.

    Our 100% Price Match Guarantee applies with the following conditions:

    • The item must be purchased from our website before you request a price match.
    • The product must be in stock on the competitor’s website and available for shipping. In-store pickup pricing is not included.
    • The competitor must be an online-only retailer with no physical storefront.
    • Discount or auction-based sites (such as eBay, Overstock, etc.) are excluded.
    • The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer for the product.
    • Price matching takes into account the full cost of the item, including our coupon codes, sales tax, shipping, and handling fees.

    Can you ship to a P.O. Box or an APO Address?

    Currently, we’re unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
