Shipping Policy

Crafting Source offers shipping to the contiguous 48 United States. We use trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure your order arrives safely.

Order Processing & Delivery Times

Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (Mountain Standard Time)
Handling Time: 1–3 Business Days (Monday – Friday)
Transit Time: 3–7 Business Days (Monday – Friday)

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, products typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location. Total delivery time is Handling Time + Transit Time.

Please note: We do not process orders on weekends or major U.S. holidays.

Shipping Rates

We believe in clear, upfront pricing:

Orders over $49.00: FREE Standard Shipping
Orders under $49.00: Flat Rate of $10.00

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

LTL Freight & Heavy Items

Large equipment (such as heavy 3D printers or laser engravers) may ship via LTL Freight. For these shipments:

Transit time is generally 5–10 business days.
A valid phone number is required at checkout, as the carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment.
Deliveries are curbside; someone must be present to sign for the package.
Please inspect the package for damage before signing the carrier's receipt.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to the contiguous 48 United States.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address.
We do not ship internationally at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking portal to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Issues must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date.
