Shipping Policy

When will my order ship?

At Crafting Source, we’re proud to offer free shipping on all orders over $49 within the lower 48 United States. The status of your order determines the estimated delivery time frame. Our products are categorized as Ships Out Next Business Day, In Stock & Ready to Ship, Exclusive Pre-Order, or have an Estimated ETA listed.

Estimated shipping dates will be displayed on each product page if the item is not expected to ship within standard processing times. Your order confirmation email will also include the expected shipping time frame.

  • Ships Out Next Business Day:
    Orders with this status are expected to ship from our warehouse or vendor within 24 hours of the following business day.

  • In Stock & Ready to Ship:
    Orders with this status typically ship from our warehouse or vendor within 2–5 business days.

    Note: Some vendors may have extended lead times of up to 2 weeks.

  • Exclusive Pre-Orders or ETA Dates:
    Pre-order items are not currently in stock but have been secured from the vendor with an estimated shipping window. The ETA listed on the product page indicates when the item is expected to begin shipping from our warehouse or vendor.

    Once shipped, most orders arrive within 2–5 business days.

Free Shipping

We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders over $49 within the lower 48 U.S. states. Orders under $49 may include a small shipping fee, calculated at checkout.

Some oversized or freight-only products may require additional delivery charges, which will be clearly noted on the product page before purchase.

Do you ship internationally?

Many of our products can be shipped internationally. If you are outside the U.S. and would like a shipping quote, please contact us at hello@craftingsource.com and we’ll prepare a custom quote for you.

Please note:

  • Any import/export duties, customs taxes, or other fees are the responsibility of the customer (including shipments to Canada).

  • Crafting Source is not responsible for customs delays or additional taxes incurred during import.

  • Some products may be restricted to U.S. shipping only. Please email us to confirm availability for your region.

Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico?

Most smaller items can be shipped to Hawaii (HI), Alaska (AK), and Puerto Rico (PR). However, larger or heavier products may require an additional shipping charge after purchase.
