It arrive DOA. Software unable to locate the laser. Worked with XTool for 2 weeks with no resolution. I contacted Crafting Source and am waiting for a resolution. As of today I have a three thousand dollar boat anchor in my shop.

Love this machine! I’ve had zero issues!

Crafting source sent the wrong crooks F2 ultra laser. They sent a single rather than the dual. The return and replacement process has been quite challenging!
