The Arccaptain TIG200P is a fully digital AC/DC pulse TIG welder built for precision on aluminum, steel, stainless, copper, and more. True AC TIG output cleans the oxide layer off aluminum for smooth, bright welds, while DC TIG handles steel and stainless with ease. Adjustable pulse and waveform controls make it a serious tool for delicate thin-metal work and clean, professional beads.
Patented Dash-Arc technology speeds arc ignition from 200ms down to 40ms with a 99.99 percent success rate, so you start clean every time with less tungsten wear. A large LED display puts every parameter at your fingertips: pre-flow, up-slope, peak and base current, down-slope, post-flow, AC frequency, AC balance, and pulse frequency. Choose 2T, 4T, or spot control, and add an optional foot pedal for proportional amperage.
Dual voltage (110V and 220V) and a compact 26.5 lb frame make it easy to move between the bench and the field. It also delivers up to 160 amps of MMA stick output for heavy-duty repairs.
