How wide and how long can it cut?
Up to 12 inches wide on a cutting mat (12 x 24 in. area), and up to 16 feet long when cutting lined material such as vinyl.
What software does it use?
Silhouette Studio, a free download from Silhouette. Design from scratch, import your own fonts and images, or pull designs from the Silhouette Design Store. The 100 included exclusive designs and the 1-month Design Store subscription unlock when you register the machine.
What comes in the box?
The CAMEO5α, power cable set, a Standard Tack Cameo cutting mat, an AutoBlade, a sketch pen adapter, and the Silhouette Studio software download with 100 exclusive designs and a 1-month Design Store subscription on registration.
What warranty does it carry?

Let me be clear. This is a review of the machine and NOT Crafting Source where I purchased it because they were EXCELLENT.
The machine never worked properly. On a 45 degree straight line cut, it would lift the paper every time it crossed a horizontal or vertical line. This was on a sticky mat and on the ESD. I opened a trouble ticket and was asked to change autoblade, (at my own expense) speed of cut, force of cut, type of paper and perform a calibrating procedure that had nothing to do with the problem. It NEVER worked. Crafting Source got me an RMA to return the products. Even if you get a machine that works, the support (or lack thereof) is not worth taking a chance on such a complicated machine.
